My Daily Walk/ Run

You know that feeling after the age of 35 when you notice that your body starts to malfunction a bit here and there? 🫣 I thought I really need to do something about it... and that's why I started my walking / running journey!

It was cold 🥶 October 2023 when I decided to have my daily walks and I'm actually glad about that because I have already been through the worst weather and now I'm looking forward to the spring time🌷☀️The worst is behind me! Phew! 🎉

 

I wrote that it's a journey because forming a habit is very tricky... Especially in the beginning and when the weather is not 'great'...

It takes about 21 days 🗓️ to form a new habit and about 60 days to set it in stone! 🏆
